We lost our pup Zoey today due to sheer negligence of a pet boarding facility in Gurgaon Critterati. He was a happy, healthy 1-year-old boy.
Despite advertising themselves as a 5-star luxury pet boarding facility, Critterati does not have basics in place such as a full-time caretaker, right-sized grill doors and barricades to prevent mishaps. Zoey died of drowning in a pool two floors and 5 gates away from the pet boarding area.
The silence at home today feels deafening. Baffles me to think of how careless they have been in treating life. This cuts through my heart deep and I pray that you rest in peace, Zoey. I’ll see you on the other side.
For all pet parents in Gurgaon – please be vary of this place. The guilt of leaving my boy with them will haunt me for a long time.
