Noida To Have the India’s Biggest Airport


Noida’s Jewar to be India’s largest airport, and second airport in Delhi NCR. Noida will get a new airport by 2022, The construction to begin soon! Indira Gandhi International Airport is one of the best World’s cleanest and busiest airport in India.

The Aviation Ministry has already approved the plan and also get the green signal from the government. The construction of this new airport will begin soon. Maybe in the first week of March.


This new Jewer Noida International Airport will cost around 3.1 billion US dollars to build and spread over 2200 acres of land. Jewar Noida International Airport will be located near Noida’s Gautam Buddha Nagar.

Jewar Noida International Airport will have the capacity to handle 30-50 million passengers every year. IGI Airport in Delhi handles around 63 million passengers every year and the capacity is expected to be increased to 109.33 million.

The new airport is expected to give a major boost to tourism at Mathura, Vrindavan and Agra, and Jewar will become the next big business hub in Noida.
