In the month of April, the Reflex Bar Brewery and Dining has introduced a new beer on tap: Cryo Citra IPA. Cryo Citra IPA is a must-try for craft beer enthusiasts who love bold, flavorful beers that push the boundaries of traditional brewing techniques. This beer is made using a unique brewing process that incorporates a special technique known as “cryo-hopping.” This involves using concentrated, pelletized hop powder that has been carefully processed to retain the essential oils and flavors of the hops.
This beer is for those who enjoy citrusy and tropical fruit flavors, with a distinctive bitterness that is balanced by a smooth and slightly sweet finish. The aroma of Cryo Citra IPA is equally impressive, with notes of grapefruit, passionfruit, and mango.
