I bought a pair of Aldo shoes on 7th of August. I wore it next day in a party and it broke. I went to Ambience store in Gurgaon to ask them the solution and they said it will take 7 days minimum and 15 days maximum. They gave me a receipt on which mine an the sales person’s details are mentioned.
I tried calling them, they didn’t call me back that what solution they have come upto. This is disappointing and disgusting.
Today I am escalating this matter as it’s been 20 days straight. I need a call back asap.
