Where and how to apply for Passport in Gurgaon/ Gurugram! To apply for a passport in Gurgaon you need to visit Passport Seva Online Portal website, You need to register first online, without online registration no applicants would be serviced at Passport Sewa Kendra.
Process:
Step 1.
• First, register yourself through Passport Seva Online Portal.

Step 2.
• Login to the Passport Seva Online Portal –
Step 3.
• After login into the portal, you have to Apply for Fresh Passport link –
• Fill all the required details and submit the form. You have to upload the scanned documents too.
Once you submit the documents and fill the form. you will get Application Reference Number. And you have to take the appointment time online from the portal for Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) Gurgaon.
Step 4.
- Address Proof – Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, Rental Agreement, Gas Connection Book, Phone Bill of Current Address etc.
- Date of Bith – Pan Card, 10th Mark Sheet
- Proof of Residence For A Year – Water Bill, Electricity Bill etc.

Keep All your documents with you Original as well as photocopies too. You have to submit the photocopy of documents at Passport Seva Kendra.

For Fresh Passport Or Re-issue of Passport with Visa (36 pages) for 10 years Validity. INR.1,500/-*
Step 5.
Now have to make the payment on Passport Seva Online Portal. You can make the payment from Netbanking, Debit or Credit Card. If you don’t want to make an online payment, you can pay through bank challan also. But it takes around 3-4 days times. Once you will make the payment you will get the payment successful reference no. take the printout of your ARN No. Now you can choose the slot for an appointment at Passport Seva Kendra Gurugram.
Keep the printout with you of schedule timings with all the documents, and make sure to reach at Passport Seva Kendra at least 30 minutes before the appointment.
Step 6.
Once you reach Passport Seva Kendra!
You will see there are five counters there. Enquiry Counter – Here the staff will check your online application and payment receipt. You will get a slip from there.
After this you have to visit Counter Numbers A, B and C. Here they will verify and cross-check your documents.
At Counter No. C your will the acknowledgement letter with application number for your passport. You can track your passport status with this reference no.
Step 7.
After that, the application file will reach at DCP Headquarters Gurgaon. The Police Station might call you with documents for verification. And a police officer may visit your residence address for physical verification.
After the verification done, You will receive the passport at your residence bt post.

i cant find gurgaon or haryana as an option in passport office options. what should i fill now?
I want to apply for renewal of my Passport on line but the agency is charging too much . The actual cost is Rs 1500/- and they are charging 4500/- may I ask who has arranged this kind of agency, and why a person pay Rs 4500/- instead of Rs 1500/-. Is there any other way to submit my application by e-mail or registered post to PSK in Gurugram. Please suggest not intrested to pay Rs 4500/-, please provied me e-mail id if possible.
