Worst experience ever. Highly overpriced. You can check yourselves. No quality in racquet gutting. Make sure you check your strings post gutting, there might be damages in the strings, reducing the life of strings considerably. If you spot anything wrong, they will commit to you something but will not adhere to it when required. Instead, they will argue. Cheaters. Owners are money minded and rude and give no importance to customer experience. Even tennis balls seem to be from some rejected batch. No pressure in Wilson balls and within 5 minutes of match play they tend to break. Deal with them at your own risk and do thorough comparison before buying anything from them. Best of luck.
Also, check the dates of google reviews, you will notice they are from same time frame. Seem like paid reviews or from fake accounts. Disgusting place.
