You can find every currently authorised location with Apple’s own service locator, which is worth checking because authorised partners change over time. Walk-ins are accepted at most centres but booked customers are served first.
What to carry
- The device, your proof of purchase (invoice) for warranty claims, and a government photo ID.
- Your Apple ID password, Find My iPhone must be switched off before most hardware service, and that needs your credentials.
- A full backup: for many repairs the device is returned erased, and data recovery is not part of the service.
Warranty, AppleCare and out-of-warranty costs
In-warranty manufacturing defects are repaired free; accidental damage is chargeable unless you hold AppleCare+, which caps the fee per incident.
